OOTD: Casual Smart

This is what I wore for a career's event last week, where I knew I'd be meeting future employers and it's essential for me to look smart without being too formal.

I chose to go for a Zara dress which is plain black on top and have a 50s-style polka skirt at the bottom. I simply adore the movement of this dress!

To keep me warm and chic, I went for a Lauren by Ralph Lauren pink cardigan. It's so easy to style this as I often wear the cardigan with tops and belt it for definition.

A pair of lacy black tights from Primark, plus leather studded boots completed the look.
